Two people, one warehouse bay, and a short list of things we actually stock.

Copper Hill sells ammunition and parts from Salt Lake City, Utah. We are not a marketplace, we don't drop-ship, and every one of the 41 products on this site is on a shelf we can walk to. That's the whole business model — the rest of this page is what it means for you.

There are no photographs of the shop yet. The bay and the two people who pack your order will be shown here, photographed here — nothing on this page will ever be stock photography.

What we promise, in writing

In stock means it ships — when we publish a stock number it will be the number on the shelf, counted, not a marketing state. Sold out gets printed just as plainly.

No surprises at the door — restrictions are checked against your ship-to state before payment, never after. If it can't arrive legally, the site refuses the sale up front.

One email per event — a confirmation, a shipping notice, a back-in-stock note if you asked for one. No marketing email exists to unsubscribe from.

Price moves in your favour by default — drops apply silently and you pay less. Rises ask first — in the cart, at checkout, and on standing orders, nothing ships a higher price without your yes.

A person answers — replies to any order email land with whoever packed the box. No ticket system, no phone tree, no chatbot wearing a name tag.

Every one of these is checkable on the site itself: the shipping rule book, the standing-order check-in, the reason written on every product page.

Why the catalog is small

We shoot service rifle and PRS club matches. The catalog is the gear that survived that — loads we've chronographed ourselves, parts we've torqued onto our own rifles. When a product page says why an item earned its place, that reason is the inventory decision, written down.

The corollary: we say no a lot. If you need something we don't carry, we'll tell you who stocks it instead of adding a SKU we can't stand behind. Email us — shop@copperhillguns.example — and a person answers, usually same day.

The legal facts, plainly

Licensing: Federal firearms licensee, Salt Lake County, Utah. Licence class and number pending — they go here from the certificate before this site is live, and on every invoice after.
Age: Ammunition sales require 18+ (rifle) or 21+ (handgun). Adult signature at delivery is how it's enforced — not a checkbox.
Where we ship: Governed by one per-state rule table. The cart, the checkout, and this page all read from it — if it can't legally arrive, you can't pay for it.
Your data: Order history and eligibility records, nothing else. Export or delete both any time from account settings. We've never sold a list and never will.
