Policies
Terms, privacy, age rules, and what the technical content on this site is and is not — one page, in the same plain register as the rest of it. Each section is the binding version; there's no longer lawyer copy hiding behind it.
Terms of sale
The price you approve is the price you pay. Confirmed orders never reprice. Drops before shipment apply automatically in your favour; rises never apply to an order already placed.
Stock numbers are real. If the site ever sells you something we don't have, we cancel and refund within one business day and say so plainly — no weeks-long “backorder”.
Returns are per line. Ammunition is non-returnable once shipped (common-carrier rules). Everything else: 30 days from delivery, unused and in packaging, prepaid label on us if we erred, on you if you changed your mind.
Defective ammunition is our problem. Squibs, case failures, or a lot that won't group like the published spec — email the lot number from the box. Refund or replacement, and we report the lot upstream. Don't ship it back; we'll tell you how to dispose of it.
Standing orders skip, never surprise. No reply to a check-in means it ships as stated. A price rise stops the shipment until you approve — the order stays active, the shipment waits.
We can refuse a sale. Where law requires it, or where we have concrete reason to believe a purchase is unlawful (straw purchases, prohibited persons). Refused orders are refunded in full, immediately.
Disputes. Utah law, Salt Lake County venue. But email first — every dispute we've had has ended in a refund or a replacement, not a courtroom.
Privacy
The whole policy fits in a table because we collect almost nothing. What's below is exhaustive — if a data type isn't listed, we don't have it.

What we never do: sell, rent, or share the customer list; run ad trackers; email you anything you didn't explicitly ask for. Export or delete everything from account settings — deletion completes within 30 days, except invoice records federal licensing requires us to keep.
Age policy
Federal minimums: 18 for rifle and shotgun ammunition, 21 for handgun ammunition. Where your state sets a higher bar, the higher bar applies — the shipping rule table carries the per-state specifics.
Enforced at the door, not by a checkbox. Every ammunition shipment requires an adult signature with ID at delivery. A web form can't verify age; a UPS driver checking a licence can.
Caliber sets the threshold. Rounds usable in handguns (9mm, .45 ACP, 5.7×28) ship under the 21+ rule even when bought for a carbine — federal interpretation, not our caution.
Failed signature, full refund. If nobody eligible can sign after two attempts and a depot hold, the package returns to us and we refund everything including shipping. No restocking fee for an age rule doing its job.
Technical information
What the specifications are drawn from, and where they stop.
These pages are reference, not a fitting service. Every ammunition figure we print — velocity, ballistic coefficient, test barrel, casing, primer, twist — is the figure its maker publishes, read off the maker's own page. Where a maker publishes nothing, this site prints nothing rather than fill the gap: a blank spec line means the number does not exist publicly, not that we forgot it. The authorities are the maker's data sheet and your firearm's manual, and where ours and theirs disagree, theirs wins.
The twist check compares two numbers. It holds the twist a load lists against the twist you told us, and says which is which. It does not know your bullet's length, your velocity, your altitude, or the temperature you shoot in — all of which move stabilisation. Treat it as a reason to look closer, never as an answer about your rifle.
Nothing here overrides a manufacturer. If your barrel maker, your rifle's manual, or the ammunition's own packaging says something different from this site, follow them and not us. That is true even where we sound certain.
We will tell you what we can see; handling is still yours. When two things in your cart do not belong in the same range bag we say so — the .300 Blackout and 5.56 warning is the one that matters most, and every .300 BLK box ships with magazine-marking bands. Marking, storing and loading are done by you.
Tell us when we are wrong. A correction with a source gets the page changed and dated. We would rather fix it than defend it.
