Loaded to US M193 service specification. Hornady publishes 3,240 fps from a 20-inch test barrel, brass cases and boxer primers; it publishes no ballistic coefficient for this load, so this page prints none.
A 55 grain bullet stabilises in every twist rate an AR is sold with, which is why there is no twist recommendation on it.
